Integration Sessions are designed for clients who are already walking the path with me.

Once you begin your coaching engagement through the 4-Week Growth Intensive or the 12-Week Transformation, you have the option to book additional Integration Sessions whenever you feel you need more space for support.

Sometimes something meaningful surfaces during a during coaching sessions and you want extra time to explore it. Other times after completing a coaching engagement - you may want occasional support as you continue integrating what you've learned into daily life.

What’s the difference between the 4-Week Growth Intensive, the 12-Week Transformation and an Integration session?

Each offering is designed to meet you where you are.

The 4-Week Growth Intensive is a short powerful container with weekly sessions that help you build momentum around a particular challenge, transition or intention. It’s supportive, structured and designed for clients who want to dive in with clarity and focus over a concentrated period of time.


The 12-Week Transformation journey offers a steady spacious path for deeper and longterm growth. With six biweekly sessions over 12 weeks you have time to integrate between calls while still receiving consistent support. It’s ideal for untangling patterns, strengthening resilience and creating meaningful, sustainable change at a pace that honors your nervous system.


Integration Sessions are designed as an add-on to either the 4-Week Growth Intensive or the 12-Week Transformation packages. They can be scheduled during your package or afterward if you would like additional support while integrating the work we’ve done together. These sessions provide focused space to process something specific, deepen insights or receive grounding as new shifts and perspectives unfold. While they can meaningfully support your integration they are intended to complement an existing coaching journey rather than function as stand-alone sessions. 

What types of clients do you typically work with?

I work with individuals who are ready to make meaningful changes in their lives. Many of my clients come to coaching when they want to build healthier habits and resilience, start or grow a business, explore a career change or navigate shifts in relationships and other life transitions. Some people feel stuck or unsure about their next step while others simply want more clarity, structure and accountability as they move toward their goals. Coaching provides a supportive space to reflect, gain perspective and take intentional action. 

Do I need to have a clear goal before we start?

Not at all. Many clients come in knowing they want change but aren’t sure where to begin. Part of our work together is creating space for clarity to emerge - gently and at your pace.

What if I’ve never done coaching before?

That’s completely okay. You don’t need to have experience - just curiosity, openness and a desire to explore what’s possible. I’ll meet you where you are and guide you with compassion and care.

How is coaching different from therapy?

Coaching and therapy can both be supportive, but they serve different purposes. Therapy typically focuses on mental health, healing past experiences and diagnosing or treating psychological conditions. Therapists and counselors are licensed professionals trained to provide clinical care while coaching is a forward-focused process. As a coach I help you clarify goals, build supportive habits and take practical steps toward the changes you want to create in your life. While emotions may naturally come up in conversation - coaching is not therapy and does not replace mental health care. Some people choose to work with a therapist and a coach at the same time, using therapy for healing and coaching for goal-setting, accountability and personal growth.
