Hi, I’m Andi, Holistic Life & Wellness Coach and the heart behind Empowered Wellbeing.
My purpose is to hold space for heart led humans who are ready to reconnect with themselves in a deeper, more meaningful way. Through a compassionate, body based approach, I guide clients using my Holistic Health Pillars that shape the everyday rhythms of our lives. This framework supports your whole self, offering clarity, building resilience and helping you return to what feels true and aligned.

This work isn’t about fixing or chasing external success. It’s about slowing down, tuning in and creating a life that actually feels like yours. I believe healing begins when we honor the wisdom of the body, soften into presence and make space for what’s real. A Journey Rooted in Lived Experience

Empowered Wellbeing was born from my own path through burnout, health challenges, and deep personal transformation. I spent years caught in the tension between high-performance expectations and the quiet inner voice that kept asking for something softer, more heart-led and true. Like many, I wrestled with people-pleasing - shaping my life around the needs of others while disconnecting from my own. That inner calling eventually led me to step away from a corporate career and turn toward healing, growth and resilience from the inside out.

I’ve always believed that true wellbeing goes far deeper than quick fixes or surface-level strategies. It’s about tending to the whole person - body, mind, heart and spirit. My Holistic Health Pillars are the foundation of the work I do. They offer a clear, compassionate framework for exploring how different areas of your life are connected and where deeper alignment wants to emerge. Through coaching, education and embodied practices, Empowered Wellbeing is here to support you in building resilience, reconnecting with your inner knowing and creating a life that feels like home.

my story + experience

My path into holistic wellness is rooted in both lived experience and diverse professional training. I began my career as a Financial Controller, navigating high pressure environments while quietly yearning for something more aligned and heart centered. In 2021, I resigned from my corporate job and founded Empowered Wellbeing to support others through periods of uncertainty, change and reconnection.

I’m also a passionate traveler and nature lover, with recent adventures in South America, Antarctica, Scotland, Italy, France, the UK and many winding road trips across North America. These experiences continue to shape my perspective on resilience, rhythm and the healing power of nature. At the heart of it all is a deep love and curiosity for how our environment impacts our health and wellbeing, from the spaces we inhabit to the energy we carry. My work is an integration of science, soul and lived insight - designed to support whole person transformation.

Empowered Wellbeing was born from my deep personal journey of healing, change and rediscovery. After navigating my own struggles - health challenges, relationship transitions, burnout and the unraveling of a high-pressure career I came to understand that transformation doesn’t happen through force. It begins with stillness, self-compassion, time in nature and a deep reconnection to our inner truth. Slowing down is the doorway back to myself.

In 2021, after several years in the corporate world I made the courageous choice to leave my role as a Financial Controller and step fully into my calling -  supporting others through periods of uncertainty and change. Empowered Wellbeing is my heart-led offering to the world - a space where those feeling overwhelmed, disconnected or unfulfilled can be guided toward lasting, embodied transformation.

My approach is rooted in whole-person care - drawing from my Holistic Health Pillars to support meaningful, sustainable change. Through heart-centered coaching and grounded, embodied practices, I guide clients back to themselves with clarity, compassion and resilience.


My yoga journey began with a 2-year intensive YTT program at Yoga Centre Winnipeg (2018), followed by a RYT 200 Hour Certification with Kula Collective (2020). These trainings deepened my understanding of somatic awareness, breath-work and the body’s innate wisdom - tools I now weave into my coaching practice.

At the heart of my work is the belief that true healing starts with reconnection to your body, your emotions, your story, and your inner wisdom. I don’t believe in quick fixes or one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, I walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and a deep respect for your unique path. Our work together is a co-creation - rooted in presence, trust and an understanding that real transformation takes time, safety and soul.

My approach blends holistic life and wellness coaching with tools from somatics, mindfulness and personal development - rooted in my Holistic Health Pillars that reflect the full spectrum of what it means to be well. Whether we’re working through nervous system regulation, exploring core values or creating space for self-trust, I’m here to hold space for your full experience - without judgment, without pressure.

Psychosomatic wellness is about more than just symptoms; it’s about listening to what your body is trying to say, and gently working with it to release, regulate and realign.
