What’s the difference between a single session, a 1-month intensive and the extended coaching packages?

Each offering is designed to meet you where you are.

Single sessions offer space for focused support - whether you're working through something specific, exploring if coaching is a fit or just need a moment to pause and reconnect.

1-month intensives are for those ready to dive deeper with weekly sessions and intentional momentum around a particular challenge or transition.

3 or 6 month coaching packages create a steady container for long-term growth and transformation, with bi-weekly sessions to support integration, resilience-building and meaningful change over time.

Do I need to have a clear goal before we start?

Not at all. Many clients come in knowing they want change but aren’t sure where to begin. Part of our work together is creating space for clarity to emerge - gently and at your pace.
